• Partner closely with the Head of HR for Americas Functions and the Global Head of HR for Finance and Tax, as the Americas Senior HRBP for Finance and Tax, providing expert front-line HR generalist coverage to client groups
• Lead the implementation and development of the overall People strategy for the relevant business units ensuring we deliver commercial, value add solutions that are truly aligned to the overall business strategy
• Support and lead projects across GFD on behalf of the Head of HR
