• Experience in two projects or more of relevant, verifiable Earth Pressure Balance or Slurry TBM projects of diameter greater than 15 ft
• Travel will average 3-4 nights weekly
• Past experience/Course work in construction
• Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Internship is preferred

• West Virginia Department of Highways (WVDOH) certifications and previous transportation project experience is preferred, but not mandatory for employment

• PA Turnpike, PennDOT and government facility experience is preferred
• Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution
• Strong organizational and record keeping skills to track quantities
• Past City, Provincial, and or Federal Transportation construction experience
• Prefer NY DOT Certifications or certifications from a National Entity such as ACI (American Concrete Institute) or NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) in earthwork, asphalt, and concrete
• SHA/TOD certifications

• Open to working overtime and/or irregular work hours
• Certification as a Water Pollution Control Manager
