Tech Ops Technician Cover Letter

In my previous role, I was responsible for support for peripherals (external drives, modems, printers) and have a basic understanding of the TCP/IP networking protocol.

I reviewed the requirements of the job opening and I believe my candidacy is an excellent fit for this position. Some of the key requirements that I have extensive experience with include:

• No Final Warnings (Attendance, Conduct, Security or Performance) during the prior past six months
• Respond to color or special indicators, visual and audible warning indicators
• Adhere to all SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), plant safety, quality, and documentation systems requirements and participate in regulatory and customer audits
• Move, stage, or receive and ship warehouse materials and products
• Provide technical support to hi-rise operations by tracking and resolving problems and provide in-depth warehousing expertise in analyzing technical problems
• Actively develop and share best practices and knowledge with others in own work group and across multiple work groups
• Reviews issues with cell performance and productivity and oversees the development and implementation of action plans to maximize performance and productivity
