• Current Virginia Journey or Master level license in either Plumbing or HVAC trade
• Master Plumbers License
• Valve repair/rebuild
• Shop equipment
• Performance of pipefitting duties on all associated brewing and packaging systems
• Successful completion of a US Department of Labor registered steam fitting apprenticeship training program and journeyman status
• Working knowledge of tools, materials, methods and safe working practices of the trade

• Knowledge of how various disposal and utility systems and equipment are installed and operate
• Specialized knowledge and experience working with HVAC, kitchen equipment and low-pressure steam boilers
