• At least 90 days of experience
• Requires passing Respirator test
• Bend/lift/sit/stand for long periods of time
• Sandblast and Paint raw steel platforms and various products and equipment
• Move platforms and various products using a overhead crane or forklift
• Perform Sandblasting and Wet Painting tasks in a safe and timely manner
• Keep up with routine maintenance procedures and cleaning equipment

• Proficient with use of Airless and Conventional paint spaying systems with very minimal to no defects
• Proficient with use of Steel Grit Blasting equipment and knowledge of basic maintenance
• Able to do blasting on all areas / condition
• Painting application using Conventional Spray / Paint Pot
• Painting Application using Airless Pump
• Prior experience as a Sandblaster is preferred
