• Previous experience and knowledge of safe operation of heavy equipment (dozers, gradall, excavators, backhoes)
• Assist maintenance team with plant repairs if needed
• Previous experience in ready-mix industry is preferred
• Valid CDL license, FDOT certification (or obtain within 90 days)
• Basic knowledge of material specifications
