Previously, I was responsible for supplemental classroom instruction in the language of their expertise (in conjunction with Macalester language faculty & adhering to all established college academic standards and procedures).

• Knowledge and exposure of the culture and military aspects of the language to include immersion within the culture
• Native (natural or innate proficiency/fluency) in the Korean language is preferred, to include immersion, education and experience within the country
• Language Instructors who hold native proficiency (5/5/5) in their target Korean
• Familiarity with similar military tasks as those being taught
• Military service within the country and/or extended immersive experiences
• Native (natural or innate proficiency/fluency) in the French language is preferred, to include immersion, education and experience within the country
• Language Instructors who hold native proficiency (5/5/5) in their target French
• Native (natural or innate proficiency/fluency) in the Farsi language is preferred, to include immersion, education and experience within the country

• Minimum score of score of 3/3/3 proficiency on a DLPT current within six months
• Basic knowledge of DoD and Government Intelligence Agencies, doctrine, programs, policies, operations, methodology, governing laws, and governing regulations in order to successfully review
• General knowledge of etymology and comprehensive experience with adult language enhancement programs
• Graduate of ATRRS Class designation 00ZZ, Command Language Program Manager 40 hour school taught at Monterey, CA
• Experience in curriculum development for Indonesian language materials
• Experience in instructing Indonesian language and culture
• Native fluent in the target language (Indonesian) and near-native or high-level proficiency in English language
• Experience in intensive language instruction, particularly in military or government setting

• Knowledge of Army and INSCOM Language Management Systems, language acquisition and instructional programs, and crypto linguistic, interrogation, HUMINT, and counterintelligence operations
• Basic knowledge of DoD and U.S. Government intelligence agencies, doctrine, programs, policies, operations, methodology, governing laws, and governing regulations in order to successfully review, coordinate, and make recommendations regarding language training programs in support of intelligence operations
• Experience teaching ASL at the beginning and intermediate levels
