• Red Seal HVAC Mechanic with Class A gas fitter License or equivalent
• Experience in job planning, scheduling and working with a computerized maintenance system
• Experience with a building management system or DDC would be considered an asset
• Perform inspections of HVAC systems and BAS to ensure adherence to environmental requirements (temperature, humidity, ) for multiple office zones, electronics laboratories and Class 100k (ISO 8) Cleanrooms
