• In depth experience and knowledge of major international telecommunications regulations and requirements and the methodology and strategies for obtaining world-wide certifications (BSMI, CCC, KCC, VCCI, Anatel, and other major countries in a cost-effective manner
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal, and a highly collaborative working style is necessary
• Project management pertaining to all aspects from funding, procuring hardware, setup and configuration, interfacing with labs and worldwide agencies, resolving issues and obtaining formal approvals to compliance standards
