Application Developer Lead-VP Cover Letter

• Unix/Linux experience and/or Windows server administration experience
• Knowledge and understanding of operations performance management metrics development
• Hands on experience with China security industry is desirable
• Strong Knowledge of application support methodology to manage the maintenance of complex IT systems, related infrastructure and business change initiatives
• Proven experience manage vendor in whole software life cycle
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written in English, proficiency in spoken and written in Chinese - Strong preferred
• Directly lead a Change the Bank team working multiple projects
