- Experience of development and roll out of new initiatives and projects in media domain
- Experience of working with authors of publications with no journalist background, and copyediting of their materials
- Good knowledge of media domain in Kazakhstan, including press, TV, internet resources, and blogging
- Excellent writing skills in English and in Russian
