- Provide test and evaluation planning, coordination, and execution services for all programs within program. Design, plan, program, coordinate, and execute a viable Test and Evaluation program. This program shall include testing for the full range of programs within program, to include: prototypes, rapid acquisition, and traditional DoD programs
- Prepare, coordinate, distribute, and maintain test documentation to include: System Evaluation Plans, Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP), Measures of Effectiveness (MOE), Measures of Performance (MOP), and test plans. - Prepare test reports to address measures and issues identified in test and evaluation documents
- Provide test and evaluation (T&E) services to design, plan, execute, assess, and report developmental T&E programs or portions of developmental T&E programs, for systems managed by program. Ensure effective and timely system integration during the life-cycle of the system to allow for T&E of the total system
- Provide adequate and efficient design reviews, audits, and quality assurance (QA) reports for T&E programs for the system being acquired. Provide Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) during software development. At program initiation, develop System Threat Assessment Reports in coordination with the threat community in conjunction with AR 381-11
- Provide test support documentation for test items to the test organizations
- Develop and provide the Safety Assessment Report
- Coordinate with the T&E working groups, to ensure that T&E of all systems is planned and conducted to sufficiently stress the systems in representative environments
- Must have and maintain an Active TOP SECRET SCI security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, network security, OR equivalent experience, significant domain knowledge and customer intimacy
- 5+ years minimum experience in support of ISR and/or IT system test and evaluation
- Minimum of 8 years overall technical experience
- Demonstrated experience in testing IT and/or satellite systems
- Knowledge of the DoD and IC customer's verification, validation, and assessment processes
- Master's degree in pertinent field preferred
- PMP or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of IC functional manager’s organizations, roles and responsibilities within the current customer intelligence community
