  • Responsible for significant recurring and new tax planning, including direct involvement with executives and corporate development teams to identify key issues and areas of risk related to tax
  • Advise the organization on tax related matters, considering both short and long term impacts of transactions on domestic and international operations
  • Perform tax planning to minimize taxes paid, both in domestic and international tax markets
  • Mange entity-wide tax filings and overall tax compliance, coordinating with external regulators and service providers as needed
  • Identify areas of potential tax savings and opportunities such as transactional tax, R&D credits, timing, M&A cost reduction, and penalties and interest expense
  • Lead research and decision making around complex tax-related issues facing ADS
