- Creation of content in conjunction with the Supply planner for the weekly demand and supply execution process to include back order status update and forward risks
- Creation of content for the monthly ESR process within the franchise in conjunction with the supply planner. To ensure review content is complete and has all of the key information for the management team to make decisions
- Support current local tools development and maintenance such as capacity planning ,safety stocks and MRP processes
- Creation of management reports within supply planning that support operationalizing of the core processes and provide insight to the planning team
- Creation of executive communication for weekly and monthly updates in supporting the Supply planning franchise lead to highlight key issues
- Tracking of Phase in and Phase out status of the product portfolio ,to support visibility and tracking of the ongoing status of products within the franchise
- Development of portfolio segmentation within supply planning to identify the product role and requirements such as how it should be treated from a planning, inventory and replenishment method
- Creation of inventory analysis ,in regard to visibility and tracking of excess ,obsolesce and deviations to control points
- Creation of project management tracking documents to act as support within the plant/franchise in tracking key improvement plans and activities
- Bachelor's Degree level in the following, or similar discipline(s): Business/Engineering/Supply Chain Management/Economics/Statistics
- Minimum of 2 years in a reporting or analytics role
- IT Planning system experience to include use of SAP as a minimum requirement or equivalent ERP systems
- Experience in using BI /Qlik-view/Tableau software packages
- Experience in Microsoft office applications specifically power-point and excel super usage
- Preference of experience in a analytics practice within consulting or company analytics practice
