  • Provide strong communication to the team on daily requirements to achieve KPI’s and maintain a high level of H&S within the warehouse
  • Review performance and development needs of Stock Controllers on a regular basis
  • Promote teamwork between colleagues across all HSS divisions, to ensure accurate stock holding and movement
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies relating to e-codes
  • Forge strong relationships with Transport departments to ensure accuracy of stock being booked in
  • Be a key driver in turnaround time of vehicles ensuring as safe and accurate load at all times
  • Work closely with the Stock Integrity Manager and fellow Stock Supervisors to ensure the best level of service is provided to the business and our customers
  • Ensure adequate and accurate stock levels are maintained at all times in line with company targets
  • Represent the company and values (“HSSness”) of the business and portray a professional and business like image to all customers, potential customers and other people you meet in the course of your work
  • Stock Control experience in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
