  • Provide carry-out assistance for Ballard Designs customers
  • Maintain all back areas, offices and stockrooms to company standards of cleanliness
  • Maintain all lighting in the store
  • Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety
  • The ideal candidate will have 2 – 5 years of shipping and receiving management experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Previous experience leading and developing successful teams
  • Basic PC skills using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
