- Participate in Gate Reviews, Monthly IOM Operations Reviews, and weekly MOS staff meetings looking for compliance to process and requirements and identification of risks
- Drive compliance with the MOS Quality Management System while driving continuous improvement
- Conduct internal Quality audits in support of the MOS ISO 9001 registration
- 8+ years’ experience as a Quality Program Engineer, quality professional, and/or having supported program quality (e.g., Integration, Verification and Validation audit SME)
- Experience with Quality systems, ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 20000, and/or quality sciences / statistical analysis processes and tools
- Experience with any of the following: Software development, manufacturing, integration and test, and/or supplier management
- Certified ISO 9001:2015 auditor
- Raytheon Six Sigma Specialist (or higher)
- Existing TS/SCI clearance
- American Society for Quality (ASQ) certification, ISO 9001: 2015 Lead Auditor Certificate
- Solid background and experience in quality and engineering with experience in a services and/or software development environment
- Raytheon Earned Value Certification
- Knowledge of Integrated Master Schedule / Integrated Master Plan (IMS/IMP)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate solutions to problems and work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in risk mitigation and opportunity management
- Knowledge of Raytheon policies and procedures, EPIC, and MOS Quality Management System
