  • Successful management of large scale outsource contracts with off-shoring service provision
  • Proven IT Partner management and leadership skills with the ability to interact, converse and share innovative ideas effectively with colleagues and partners at all levels of our business
  • Knowledgeable of Commercial Contracting Pricing Models
  • Experience developing IT Strategy and managing significant levels of spend (>50M Euro)
  • Leading, managing and developing a team of high performing IT experts with the capability to challenge IT Partners to deliver real business value
  • Large-scale IT programme delivery experience with multiple partners and contract structures in banking and financial services (or relevant sector)
  • Excellent project lifecycle, service management and IT quality and risk management methodology experience (eg: ITIL, PMP, Prince 2, PMBOK, Cobit)
  • Procurement and Supply related professional qualifications (CIPs) preferred
