  • Professionally and systematically defines, designs, develops, monitors and refines an Asset Maintenance Plan (CMMS) that includes value-added preventive and TPM maintenance tasks, effective utilization of predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems
  • Analyzes data to determine equipment failures and trends so that effective solutions can be identified and implemented
  • Through analytical data must be able to recommend adjustments to spare parts inventory
  • Minimal travel as needed for reliability training, supplier visits, etc
  • Assists with equipment documentation and updating drawings, as needed
  • Project management for small to large mechanical engineering projects (roughly 20-25% of time)
  • Provide mechanical engineering technical support to maintenance technicians as needed
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology with five (5) or more years of experience in an Industrial Maintenance environment
  • Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology with ten (10) years of experience of the same mentioned above
  • Preference given to past maintenance reliability engineering experience (Certified Reliability Engineer)
