  • Coordinate the execution of the online customer experience plan between these four stakeholders
  • Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • Professional experience: 5+ years
  • Ability to speak directly to product vendors and Customers
  • Strong presentation skills (building and delivering)
  • Familiarity with the world of online services (analytics, basic web design, etc.)
  • Ability to use reporting and BI tools, building your own reports
  • Proven ability to work across various levels within an organization to “get things done” : individual contributor up to the SVP level
  • Experience working in a startup environment is an asset (but not a requirement)
