- Responds to after-hour's emergency calls and may be required to report back to the property after hours, if needed
- Assist Handyman with on basic plumbing duties which include inspecting, installing, repairing and replacing pipes, fittings and plumbing fixtures
- Assist Handyman perform basic electrical duties including inspecting, maintaining, and re-lamping lighting fixtures and all other basic electrical repairs
- Assist Handyman with basic carpentry duties to include basic construction and repair of walls and partitions, drywall installation and repair, shelving and counter installation, repair of doors and associated door hardware (locksets and closers), etc
- Assist with key cutting and locksmith duties when needed
- Ceiling tile/grid repair and installation
- Assist with basic painting duties to include drywall and plaster repair, painting, filling holes and cracks, wallpaper repair, installation and replacement, etc
- HS diploma or High School Equivalency Certificate preferred
- Valid Government issued ID
- Required to join Union of record at property if applicable
- Must attend school as designated by 32 BJ or as required by management
