Maintenance employees monitor work requests through email and respond according to priority level as well as availability. Employees work independently to complete their assigned work. Weekly One on One meetings are held between maintenance and Facility Team Leader to track work order progress and prioritize open work
- Success: Maintenance employees are expected to meet department metrics for work order completion rates including preventive maintenance, as well as helping to maintain department budgets, through controlled spending as well as efficient department operation. Employees contribute to department budgets by using root cause analysis to not only make repairs but mitigate or eliminate them from recurring. Continuous improvement of department operations is expected as well as employee skill improvement, either through company provided training or employee initiative
