  • Assists Security in a variety of routine and emergency functions such as shutting down stopped elevators, covering up broken windows, securing loose or damaged doors, shutting off and securing blocked toilets, etc
  • Assists firefighters in fire situations by locating equipment, turning off systems, etc
  • Starts, stops, and secures equipment needed to restore conditions to normal operations
  • Notifies site management of malfunctions needing immediate attention
  • For safety and environmental procedures
  • Reviews and follows procedures for safe execution of daily work
  • Understands and follows all established safety and environmental rules
  • Understands and follows reporting procedures for incidents
