  • Establish and maintain practical experience in all aspects of cross-industry solutions, including design, process understanding, and best practices

  • Maintain professional relationship with Education Services consumers to ensure accurate and timely understanding of program successes and challenges
  • Support Education Services initiatives as identified by reporting leader
  • Instructional design experience
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and execute course curriculum
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and develop supporting material for software
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in course material development applications
