  • Supervision of design, planning & execution of completions with a bias towards implementation of engineering practices built into the programme
  • Responsible for preparing DCUS (Cost and time) and associated AFE in a timely manner for AFE’s for individual wells
  • Monitor and support daily wells completion, intervention and workover operations, as applicable
  • Support senior completion engineer in the preparation of well decision support package documents (SoRs and BoDs)
  • Maintain engagement with other disciplines, BMT, Drilling and Interventions for well planning and delivery
  • Engineering modelling (WellCAT, Wellplan, Prosper, etc) as required to support operations delivery at well site
  • Review all well engineering documentation – SoR’s, drilling programmes etc to be fully familiar with planning requirements as appropriate
  • Responsible for performing CWOPs and Washup meetings in support for finalising programmes and reviewing its execution
  • Support when required risk mitigation to support completion operations / procedures
  • Provide rigsite operational support during execution phase working closely with senior completion engineer and supervisors for operations
  • Provide coaching and mentoring for development of Challenger CE’s to increase competency levels
  • A minimum 7 Years Completion Engineering experience
  • IWCF (Subsea BOP) Supervisor Well Control certificate or equivalent
  • Offshore survival (BOSIET) or equivalent and approved Offshore Medical
  • Demonstrable strong completion engineering planning & execution skills
  • Demonstrable experience of sand control and upper completion operations.Computer Literate in Software Packages such as WellCAT, WellPlan, OpenWells, Prosper, StimPLAN (or equivalent) as well as Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint
