- Ability and willingness to carry survey equipment and plotter paper rolls (up to 10 kg), shred paper, etc
- 6 Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Level 3
- Valid Driver’s License
- All male candidates must have completed military service
- Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends, occasionally
- Two-year Engineering Technician degree, preferred over four-year professional degree
- Seven (7) years’ recent experience working solely with Auto-CAD in the position of draftsman
- Must be capable of using computer and have knowledge of: AutoCAD and Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel/Project/ PowerPoint/etc
- Must have excellent understanding of drawings and details, and terms used in the various engineering disciplines in construction
- Must have excellent customer communication and relation abilities
- Must have an excellent general knowledge of construction and be able to learn on the job
- Capable of performing self-inspection, monitoring work load, inventorying and maintain tools and equipment, and use of computer to perform daily tasks/reports
