The Project to improve operational performance of the plant and implement Management control system and process. Business transformation project - Production & Maintenance, Planning & Scheduling, Inventory Management.

RESPONSIBILITY & NATURE OF WORK:-

• Enabled capacity realization of minimum 500 vehicles from 350 vehicles per month.
• Standardization of actual required production manpower & manufacturing lead time.
• Improvement in productivity of sub-assembly & assembly stages by 20-25%.
• Conducted observation studies to establish VA/NVA, lead time and derive capacity.
• Implemented production systems to ensure detailed planning, traceability and on-time delivery.
• Conducted Daily & Weekly review meeting for planning visibility to manager and accountability from supervisor.

• Implemented Production Control systems for 60 CNC machines by defining the standard machining time.
