Define the Enterprise Management System (EMS, lean enterprise and Six sigma philosophy and tools ) implementation strategy Globally in the Technical Services Operations . Driving by coaching, mentoring and training during the Gemba visits to global operations.
Manage Global cost Reduction projects, achieving more than $8 million usd per year with around 150 initiatives across the organization.
Identify the Global KPI’s to evaluate in the operations as part of the continues improvement strategic. At the same time, define the governance mechanism to calculate, review and improve KPI’s in the different levels of the organization (locally, regionally and globally)
Identify the strategic project focus on corporate policies comply, security and cost reductions (Lean enterprise).
Participate directly in the Regions strategic Goals (USCAN, LATAM, EMEA & APAC) as partner and member of the operations organization.
Conclude the integration process from two acquisitions to Baxter corporate process, operations and policies.
Identify any risk or deviations between current local SOP’s versus Quality & Operative Policies.
