• Performs intermediate level maintenance of EW system on the Automoted Test Stations.

• Has full knowledge of the interrelationships of analog, digital, mechanical, and RF operating system diagnostics and circuits.
  
• Troubleshoots electronic circuit boards and assemblies down to component level using oscilloscope, DMM, TRACKER and other test equipment as required.
• Provides technical guidance to lower level technicians.
  
• Supports and explains management programs to subordinates
  

• Responsible for performance of maintenance on aircraft EW systems to Full Mission Operational Capability.
• Supervises / Performs operational checkout of aircraft EW systems during pre-flight and post-flight as necessary.
• Utilizing in-depth knowledge of aircraft systems to troubleshoot and repair EW systems and other avionics systems.
• Ensures that maintenance decisions, inspection, and actions are communicated and coordinated with Director of Maintenance and Director of Quality Assurance to maximize aircraft availability and ensure the maintenance actions are accomplished efficiently and on time.
• Responsible for assigning tasks to crew, assuring the task was done properly and efficiently, and maintaining a steady flow of work to assure goals were met.
• Ensures maintenance forms and records are correct.
• Responsible for keeping accurate inventory records, as well as, maintenance and cleaning of all equipment.
• Trains and manages crew members effectively in the high-paced environment.
• Displays leadership skills by training and assisting coworkers, both on the job and in office, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Assists in performing aircraft preflight and basic post-flight inspections
• Participates in work area safety and FOD prevention programs
• Performs operational checkout of aircraft EW systems during pre-flight and post-flight as necessary.
• Responds to flight/maintenance crew reported discrepancies by troubleshooting and repairing any EW systems to make aircraft ready for flight.
• Removes and installs EW system LRU's to the aircraft.
• Supervises Helicopter Electronic Warfare Systems' (HEWS) hardware and software integration at the modernization facillty.
• Inspects and corrects technical documentation of HEWS systems'.
• Performs "O LEVEL" and "I LEVEL" maintenance of IRCM (Infrared Countermeasures) Systems'.
• Performs O LEVEL maintenance of MWS (Missile Warning System') ans CMDS (Countermeasures Dispensing Systems')

• Performs technician's work in shops, maintenance bases and line stations on aircraft parts (ECM systems) and other related work.
• Performs configuration, maintenance, inspection, programming, troubleshooting, analysis and repair of ECM pods and other countermeasures systems.
  
• Performs loading and unloading of ECM pods to the aircraft.
• Performs operational checkout of ECM pods and other countermeasures systems on the aircraft.
• Performs test equipment's cleaning, inspection and maintenance procedures.
