Summary

Managing projects, developing talent, and consulting have been consistent responsibilities across the roles I’ve held since graduating from college in 2011. During my five years at Cerner, I was given the opportunity to manage learning and behavior change initiatives across large health systems. I took that experience to the residential real estate industry in 2016. In my role as the Director of Buyer Operations at breeze Real Estate, I managed a team of Buyer’s Agents and Showing Assistants in order to deliver an unparalleled and unique client experience. Additionally, I managed all compliance and contract review for my team using several CRM and task management tools (dotloop, Streak, and Asana). From the initial client consultation, through offer negotiations and beyond closing, I was responsible for maintaining meticulous records and ensure their compliance with our brokerage and state regulations. In my leadership position I developed a company culture and sourced talent based on these criteria. My willingness to learn and curiosity have allowed me to grow and support those around me. I look forward to developing my own skills and supporting others in my next role.
