• Strategic Planning - developed, presented, and implemented a strategic plan for the Healthcare, Education, and Government markets. This actionable plan highlighted opportunities, resource needs, and actions plans by region.
• Sales Force Restructuring - restructured the sales entire force, eliminating non-producing resources, and built an organizational structure and compensation system that would deliver and appropriately reward 2016 performance. Hired 20+ employees to fill the newly created matrixed structure.
• Sales Forecasting - organized the commercial sales forecast to deliver and communicate a clear view of where the organization was heading, and what was needed to get there, involving Operations, Finance, and the Executive Management Team. The forecast transparency and communication cadence, helped the organization achieve and deliver +100% growth over previous quarters.
• Solutions Business (DIA) - launched a solutions business as a complement and sale enabler for traditional sales channels. Purchased assets, organized processes, hired/trained people, and assigned resources for business development leads. The business was operational in 2 months
