Ten years ago, I spent three summers working as the Administrative Assistant for a Boy Scout camp in Central Pennsylvania, where the Camp Director often joked that I ended up running more of the camp than he did. It was here that I developed a passion for the customer experience – both internal and external customers – through the application of the FISH Philosophy. Over the last ten years, I have paired that passion with my interest in discovering what makes each individual truly unique and special to bring out their best. Stimulated by strategy and collaboration, I find myself anticipating different scenarios and planning ahead to make agile decisions. A strong inner drive fuels my desire to continue learning, educating and exceeding expectations.
