Set Production Assistant (Background and Basecamp)

• Entrusted with being the on-set liaison for the Amazon Studios EPK/Promotional team.
• Managed background performers including the distribution of vouchers/start work and liaising with Extras casting.
• Subbed as Basecamp PA when primary PA was unavailable (appx 30% of my work). This included coordinating the daily arrival, prep, and departure of all talent as well as prepping crew timecards, verifying paperwork, stocking and organizing the AD trailer, and preparing the Production Report for the 2nd 2nd AD.

• Started as full time Office PA in late March 2019.
• Regularly scheduled Set PA for HGTV’s Flip or Flop, House Hunters, Christina On The Coast and House Hunters Renovation.
• Special projects include assisting with the staging of multiple homes. I worked with the Product Integration team to organize and manage inventory of furniture and home decor for Flip of Flop. In addition, I regularly worked in an Associate Producer capacity to help manage the purchase and return of home decor for Christina on the Coast.
• Provided general office support including rolling calls, answering emails, shipping, stocking and ordering office supplies, preparing expense reports.

Specialized in creating compelling, emotive appeal videos for nonprofit fundraising efforts. Overhauled internal marketing practices. Established and curated a social media marketing strategy across multiple platforms catered to the unique target market of nonprofit professionals.

Devised, shot, and edited several videos aimed at increasing 6162's visibility and followed up with potential clients in a sales capacity. Brought the company its first 5-figure project.

Primary Administrative Assistant, receptionist, and office manager. Co­ordinated the hire of 15 positions, doubling the company in size in less than one year. Conducted interviews and phone screens. Implemented a novel laboratory and office supply inventory track­ ing and ordering system to purchase tens of thousands of dollars' worth of supplies weekly. I supported the calendars and administrative functions for eight executives at the VP- and C level. Coordinated travel plans and planned all company-wide events, including board meetings and training semi­nars.

Maintained a 4.0 GPA while working professionally in video production. Won a scholarship for Outstanding Graduate Student in my department. Withdrew to work as Robert Redfo rd 's assistant on a Netflix feature film that conflicted with my studies

4.0 cumulative GPA. My thesis was published in the Austin Journal of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. I was the department chair 's sole research assistant for my final year, as well as a TA for statistics. I was also an HR/ OD consultant for Delta Prime in Los Angeles during my studies.
