I have a decade of work experience in various production and administrative capacities, including four years of working in production offices. I'm proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites and am an expert video editor using Adobe Premiere. I live in North Hollywood and am available to start immediately. I have my own car, car insurance, and laptop if necessary. I’m highly adept at at multi-tasking in the unpredictable and urgent production environment and am seeking a role that will allow me to collaborate with and learn from a fantastic production team.

I have experience as Key Set PA on feature films, commercial shoots, and unscripted television. As base camp and first team PA on Our Souls at Night, I was the primary liaison between Robert Redford and Jane Fonda’s teams and the AD department. I also filled in as Mr. Redford’s personal assistant when his primary assistant had to leave the production. I was also the primary assistant to the remainder of the first team, including Iain Armitage, Judy Greer and Matthias Schoenaerts. I assisted the 2nd AD with call sheets, timecards, SAG paperwork, and start work. In addition I maintained and organized the AD trailer for the entirety of the shoot, ensuring all supplies were stocked and organized. I was the main liaison between Office PAs and set, ensuring proper communication channels remained open and clear.

As primary administrative assistant for a prestigious biotechnology startup in Marina del Rey, I managed multiple executives’ schedules, correspondence, and office inventory. I also coordinated travel plans and managed event calendars for the entire executive team. I instituted and curated a new scheduling and ordering system and kept the office fully stocked and organized. I helped facilitate the company’s relocation from a small office space to a 30,000-foot laboratory facility, including overseeing the implementation of a dramatically scaled work environment. I collaborated with the Director of Operations to select office furniture and decor, implemented a new laboratory supply ordering system, and acted as the primary point of contact for over a dozen open positions. I reviewed resumes and conducted primary phone screens with hundreds of applicants.

I am a responsible and diligent assistant with a compassionate eye for problem solving. I understand the art of discretion and knowing when to act autonomously. I learn quickly and am resourceful, and I enjoy organization. I am a fastidious communicator and will work very hard to foster an effective and efficient work environment for those I work with.
