Temi Adebambo

Temi has developed a reputation for guiding Fortune 500 companies through complex technology transformation programs and leading initiatives that drive both innovation and security. His work encompasses the development and execution of product and platform strategies, the management of cloud security, and the implementation of cyber risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks. He is highly skilled in areas such as application security, identity and access management, data protection, privacy, threat detection, and incident response. Temi’s approach is grounded in industry standards, and he regularly works with frameworks such as HITRUST, NIST, FedRAMP, ITIL, and compliance requirements, including PCI DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.

In recognition of his dedication and impact, Temi has earned numerous industry certifications across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, as well as the CISO Connect Top 100 Accelerated CISOs Award in both 2024 and 2025. He is a respected thought leader, frequently presenting on cybersecurity topics at international conferences, including Black Hat MEA and the Transformational National CISO Assembly.

Temi’s journey began in Lagos, Nigeria, where a fast-paced and multicultural environment helped shape his values of resilience, adaptability, and community. His move to the United States marked a turning point, offering opportunities to pursue a world-class education and collaborate with leading technology innovators. These experiences further fueled his passion for global cybersecurity solutions.

His career before Microsoft includes serving as Global Head of Security Solutions Architecture at Amazon Web Services, where he led customer-focused teams and shaped cloud security strategy. He also held leadership positions at Deloitte and PwC, where he guided cyber risk and vulnerability management programs. Temi also started his professional journey as a Microsoft Ambassador, promoting technology resources to technical communities. In addition to his corporate achievements, he serves as a board member of the National Cybersecurity Society. He is an active volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and Habitat for Humanity. Temi Adebambo holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Master’s in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego, and executive education from Harvard Business School.
