• Played a key role in the organization achieving recognition for over 7 Million accident free manhours for Rageshwari Mine.
• Implemented Cairn Observation Program successfully to address BBS issues which has reduced personal injury incidents by 50%.
• Contributed for Receiving DGMS National Safety award (from President of India) for RGT mine for HSE performance.
• Significantly contributed on Implementation of OHSAS 18001: 2007 at Rageshwari and Saraswati mines.
• Implemented WCM module (SAP) on e-PTW system.
• Generated Bow Tie Diagrams for major accident hazards of Gas Gathering Centre by using Bow Tie XP Software.

• Working in the engineering teams under the direction of HSE manager for preparing and producing HSE engineering deliverables for projects.
• Playing a key role in ensuring safety of LNG unloading operation from ship to terminal and LNG storage & regasification operation.
• Contributing to the safety of the LNG plant during operation & project stage.
• Major roles & responsibilities are to look after project HSE management, Vendor HSE management, Legal liosing & compliance, Incident investigation & analysis, operation HSE management, Environment performance monitoring & compliance with ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 requirement.
• Manage the technical aspects of procurement of equipment and services including preparation of requisitions, technical bid evaluation, vendor data review, scope development and management and problem solving.

Highlights:

• Completed erection & commissioning of 2nd phase of LNG terminal (Capacity: 5 MMTPA) without any major HSE incident.
• Ensured the HSE compliance of 2nd LNG terminal jetty (2.3 KM Long) construction project.
• Conducted a study on leak, detection & analysis of LNG plant which helps to reduce Process Safety Incidents by 30%
• Actively involved in HAZOP, SIL and EIA study of phase III LNG Terminal.
• Contributed for receiving Green Environment & Safety award in 2011 and Gujarat cleaner production award in 2009.

Roles:

• Coordinating for external safety and environment audit of the plant and to ensure the compliance of safety and environment audit findings.
• Ensuring that all project personnel and crew comply with legal requirement and company HSE standard.
• Providing relevant information for monthly HSE reports.
• Conducting HSE presentations and training to employees, contractors & visitors as required.
• Supervising the administrator and record keeping on area specific HSE audits, reports, certifications, permits, etc.
• Advising line management in development of work site HSE and Cause No Harm promotions and campaigns.

Highlights:

• Implemented ISO 14001:2004 system in Agrochemical division.
• Conducted studies on minimization of fresh water consumption and reduced 5% of fresh water consumption.
• Lead the HAZOP study for modification of 2, 4 DCP Plant & phosgene plant.
