I am at the core a Project Manager. Having grown out of marketing and advertising agencies, I learned early in my career what good process looks like and how to evolve it as the company grows. Also known as laying the track down as the train is coming!

I am a growing leader in organizational change management. I lead high performing Project Management and Development teams through end-to-end project delivery while driving profitability through process improvements in quality management, tools, and systems adoption.

I work across the company pulling stakeholders together, driving complex programs, integrating competing ideas, removing ambiguity, seeking opportunity to improve the process, demonstrating outstanding organizational skills, agility, software acumen, and business instinct. I communicate across the entire organization including presenting to executives.

I have pursued graduate level education from Harvard University in appreciative inquiry, industrial-organizational psychology, and organizational transformation. I can help you manage mindful company-wide adoption of processes and tools as well as help manage product branding and content development, procurement, staff management, trainings, and process auditing and governance.

I have served in roles across traffic, project, business operations, and account management. I am seeking an opportunity to lead a team, improve process, help leaders manage change, and scale for growth.
