My name is Sylvia Darly Kishao , Schooled in Kenya and went to collage in Kenya too. I was one of the best student in practicals .I am a family person and loves to work with the team . Passionate about my working. The team enjoys coming for advice . I am very observant at work. I enjoy participating in games with the team which makes us bond . Caring and knowing how the team is faring is part of me . Daily I make an effort of engaging with the guest to know how they feel about their stay and try to make it memorable , that way we create great relationship with them and they feel they are part of the family. Occasionally will visit the suppliers to know how they produce the product supplied to us ,that way we are assured of good quality . I believe in learning from each other thus allowing the team to share ideas . Team work is a key .
