Profile:

Ensure that proper documentation is done in all received Materials and carry out an inspection at the site.
Daily surveillance on Baking & Holding oven temperature and also the storage condition of welding consumables.
Inspection of received pipes/pipe fittings and mechanical equipment.
Preparation of bill of materials to sub-contractors for appropriate fabrication and erection.
Field inspection and confirmation of various installation of pipeline materials in accordance with its isometric.
Inspection and confirmation of various internals materials for columns and vessels
Daily Surveillance on the storage of all Project Materials o Ensuring that all non-conforming materials are segregated and kept on quarantine to avoid usage.
Carrying out Inventory and reconciling materials received against material issued for fabrication on a weekly basis.
Maintain a comprehensive calibration log and to ensure the use of only calibrated inspection measuring & testing equipment.
Preparing the entire final documentation and traceability of quality records known as Final Dossier Book.
