Before joining CellCore, he worked at SlimFast, where he played a crucial role in expanding the company’s e-commerce division, helping to increase its revenue from $2 million to over $40 million. His ability to align technology with business objectives has been key to achieving measurable success in his career.

Steve Sarafian grew up in Melrose, Massachusetts, and pursued his education at Southern New Hampshire University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration. After completing his studies, he began his career at Health & Nutrition Systems, where he gained valuable experience across various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and IT. This diverse exposure gave him a broad understanding of business operations and technology's role in improving efficiency, which would prove essential in his future leadership roles.

In 2014, Steven joined SlimFast when the company was looking to transition to a more digital-first approach. He was tasked with leading this shift, starting with creating an e-commerce platform that allowed SlimFast to sell directly to customers. This initiative led to the development of ShopSlimFast, an omnichannel platform that significantly increased the company’s reach. He also led the creation of the SlimFast Together app, which became a success, quickly accumulating over a million downloads in its first year. Under his leadership, SlimFast saw its digital revenue grow from $2 million to $40 million between 2016 and 2021.

In 2022, Sarafian transitioned to CellCore Biosciences as Chief Technology Officer. At CellCore, he continues to focus on improving the company’s technological infrastructure and enhancing the customer experience. By refining digital platforms and utilizing data-driven solutions, he has been instrumental in supporting the company’s growth and providing personalized experiences to customers.
