Identified and established efficiencies for the company's global SAP recruitment methodology with streamlined best practices and procedures. Worked with Director of Delivery in project staffing, allocation and forecasting company needs. Additional duties included contract management and negotiation, purchase order requisition process and management of contract opportunities.

  • Worked with executives to formulate, monitor and execute quarterly hiring plans, determining staffing needs at new and existing client engagements and assisting with bench activities.
