Repositioned the Shoppes at City Centre (North Palm Beach, FL) by leasing the anchor vacancy to a specialty grocer (Doris Italian Market). Prior to acquiring Doris, the center was 45% leased. The center was sold at 91% occupancy and achieved proforma returns.
