Summary
After completing her Bachelor of Business (Marketing) degree, Stephanie joined the Seven Network's national marketing team. During her time there, she spent years promoting the top-performing Network’s entertainment, sport and news and current affairs programming, working on business development efforts, end-to-end event management, brand management and the overall management and expansion of the Melbourne marketing partnerships portfolio.
Stephanie’s passion for developing the careers of talent saw her join the team at Profile Talent Management, which coincided with her commitment to completing her second degree; Bachelor of Laws. She chose this degree as it was the perfect compliment to her business education as it grew her skills and knowledge in ensuring business interests and legal rights are protected. While at Profile, Stephanie championed client prospecting for the Talent Management division, which saw her sign five new clients in her first year at the firm.
Stephanie’s experience in the media and entertainment industry has developed her marketing and business development skills in areas such as developing and managing marketing campaigns, client relationship management, event management, brand management, social media strategy, booking corporate entertainment and contract negotiations in all areas of media.

Responsibilities included, but were not limited to, the following;
- Strategized, developed and prepared pitches and proposals on behalf of clients for presentation to various media, retail and literary organizations

Marketing Executive

- Developed and implemented marketing campaigns supporting Seven’s key entertainment, sport and news and current affairs programs

- Liaised with internal creative teams to develop branding ideas, campaign concepts, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising collateral

- Brand management across all the Network's brands, both free-to-air and digital, including 7Sport, 7News, 7Plus, 7Olympics, 7Flix, 7Mate and 7TWO.
- Maintenance and development of all marketing collateral
- Negotiated marketing partnerships and worked to ensure that all of Seven’s contractual obligations and benefits were met for both commercial and charitable partnerships
- Managed promotional campaigns and developed consumer promotions executed through Seven’s own programming

Marketing Coordinator

- Supported the Marketing Manager to deliver the Seven Network’s marketing and communications plan
