Aramark
Led the creation of a centralized brand development team to take the company from a B2B to a B2C focus. Included process development, talent recruitment, and alignment of cross-functional resources for proprietary retail brand portfolio.
Led creation of the chicken (TLC), sandwich (The Spread) and coffee (Java City) retail brand development. This included strategic plan, positioning & branding, environment, menu, marketing, training/operations, and sales tools.
-Coffee sector represents $250M+ in revenue for Aramark. Java City brand re-stage (rolling out to 900+locations in 5 divisions) resulted an avg. of +14.5% revenue lift, 3pts+ margin, and improved consumer satisfactions scores.
Led activation platform for entire café business across 3 divisions (+1,600 locations) including LTOs, celebrity chef partnerships, and “pop up” restaurants; resulting in positive revenue lift, increased consumer satisfaction, & client retention.
Launched Innovation Exchange platform to revolutionize the ideation process allowing corporate and field based employees to submit ideas to feed short and long-term innovation funnel.
Received CEO outstanding performance award for FY17’ (1 out of 130+ marketers).

Bacardi / Miami, FL
Directed Super/Ultra premium, RTS & RTD rum segments and led the 4 person US rum innovation team ($475MM BU). This included development of the process, team, and pipeline containing 25 short and long-term projects across 5 rum TMs.
Led most successful flavored rum launch (Bacardi Pineapple Fusion) in the last 5yrs becoming the #2 flavor (out of 13), +288% NSV vs. plan, and delivering +7% to the Bacardi Flavored Rum line.
Led creation and launch of the luxury chairman’s brand, FACUNDO. This included strategy, brand playbook (business plan/metrics & pipeline), BVI, Product/Packaging and initial marketing/sales plan which shipped in October 13’.
Managed Bacardi RTS & RTD categories including the dev. of new BVI on the Classic Cocktail line, category innovation funnel, and integrated communication plan including heavy print and on-line initiatives with celebrity Busy Philipps.

Developed healthy beverage innovation platform for the out-of-home division ($3B BU). This included juice, leaf tea, and smoothies’ beverage segments across the Tropicana, Dole, Naked and Lipton trademarks.
Consolidated numerous regional food service juice brands under the Dole Juice TM, leveraging brand equity and providing national juice offering for the channel. Forecasted to deliver $200M within first 3yrs of launch.
