Created, launched and directed all operations for LC's proprietary fitness programming, creating a brand new revenue stream within their gyms. Developed and managed all marketing channels and communications, including website, CRM system, social media, podcast and blog. Designed and led all customer experience initiatives of all fitness programming.

Lead brand representative for the wellness business unit at LC, building relationships and partnerships with both internal and external partners, vendors and industry vendors.

Responsible for complete training, development and management of a 14+ person team for strategic goals including recruiting, hiring, firing, training and professional development. Managed team remotely through digital conferencing, leading weekly and monthly team meetings.

Full P&L management, reporting and accountability on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Developed and led LC's community service outreach and participation across three active states. LC Peloton Captain from 2016-2020, developing company's first recruiting, retention and fundraising campaign that raised over $350,000 for Pelotonia within 4 years. Supervisor of the Cristo Rey Columbus mentoring program within company, leading co-workers as mentors for the student employees (2015-2020)

Member of cross-functional team for company-wide customer facing initiatives and programs. Key contributor in marketing team for customer initiatives. Supports and influences weekly project team & leadership meetings.
