Builds and leads a comprehensive investor targeting program in order to find potential new investors while supporting current investors. Includes planning and executing non-deal road shows, investor conference participation, hosting in-office meetings and daily phone calls with investors and analysts. Drives the tracking and reporting of these efforts

Production of financially oriented documents, including quarterly earnings releases, financial news releases, fact sheets and printed and electronic presentation materials used by senior management in investor-related settings. Also responsible for managing ad-hoc projects as requested

Development of external messaging relating to company strategy, earnings announcements, M&A activities and any other events

Directs and leads execution of the collection, analysis, and presentation of feedback to the company of investors’ perceptions, brokerage security analysts’ positions and summaries, relative stock price movements, periodic ownership analysis, and street consensus expectations to the Board and other stakeholders
