My role at the corporate apparel design office was focused on product planning, merchandising and the development of multiple apparel lines. Assignments include market research, line plan management, brand strategy, new silhouette development, photo shoot coordination, and apparel styling. Major accomplishments include leading the execution of the graphic tee replenishment program on a quick-turn calendar, a process that received an Unleashed Award within Converse for its success. In addition, I worked closely with design and production for Converse Cons, a men?s skateboarding lifestyle brand; by participating in design reviews, fittings, competitive research, trend forecasting and sample management. Lastly, I have been trained in the information technology system, PLM for which I managed the entry of apparel data across multiple distribution channels and seasons.
