Precious roles include account leadership of a global outsource for design and development of training including instructor led, web based and mobile learning to provide a blended learning solution. This includes interactions with the client to provide recommendations on the most effective learning solutions, ensuring accurate invoicing and oversight of the overall budget, as well as overseeing the team responsible for completing the scopes of work. Responsibilities also include coordinating with other parts of the organization to bring the full suite of services to the client.

Responsible for taking content from a subject matter expert and converting into the desire training, which includes but is not limited to Web Based Training, Computer Based Training, PowerPoint presentation, Training Manual, and videos able to be delivered by DVD, iPod, Blackberry, or cell phone.
