Responsibilities include design and development tasks, such as taking content from a subject matter expert (SME) or working with an SME to obtain content for the intended training. The training is then developed to be either instructor-led training with PowerPoint and classroom materials, written procedural training, or web-based training (WBT). For WBT, the content is developed into storyboards generated in PowerPoint, with the accompanying Confirmations of Learning and narration scripts. The storyboards are then given to a Flash programmer for development.
