Project Lead for 6 projects to ensure smooth launch at Honda for '11- '14 model years. Collaborated with supplier design, purchasing, & manufacturing division to influence new model process planning for value added achievement and to eliminate process waste.

Appraised situation, conducted time studies, planned, developed and implemented manufacturing efficiency improvements at over 30 suppliers. Developed an OEE program to quickly measure line efficiencies and identify gaps.

Analyzed work process flow, labor scheduling methods and equipment utilization. Conducted weekly project status meetings with department managers. Proposed implementation and action plan for efficient operations and labor deployment to IE managers.
