Currently oversee innovation and new business development functions of a $80M nonprofit agency, including major projects, Technology Innovation and Service, Innovation Lab, and all newly established programs.

Established the Major Projects functions in 2008. Established the Business Intelligence and Quality Management functions in 2009 and managed these teams until June 2018. Managed Accounting and Finance from 2014 to 2018. Established HIPAA compliance program in 2013 and served as the HIPAA Privacy and Secuirty Officer until June 2018 (currently serves as the HIPAA Security Officer).

Lead/Directed major organizational projects including the vetting of two mergers, three major computer system implementations, new program start-ups, coordinating multiple grant and proposal submissions.

Currently working on innovations that will change how home and community based services are provided to older adults and those with disabilities, implementing an innovation lab and expanding new business opportunities. Recognized as a national industry leader in price modeling, market analysis, new business development, business intelligence, and quality management. Participated in national policy setting and trainings on these topics.
