- Launched the service in North Texas (Dallas - Fort Worth) as the first market in 2018. ARTSonepass catalog included 1200 events from 130 arts organizations and had about 8000 users. Supporting diversity and inclusion in the arts was a major achievement with about two-thirds of the arts organizations in our catalog being small and/or minority focused.

- Identified $120 million annual cash-fow improvement at a high-tech manufacturer. Areas of opportunity included Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, and Information Technology.
- Defined the complete 'to be' supply chain process landscape at a major grocery retailer and created the framework for selecting supply chain technology solutions.
- Advised a luxury automotive client for their growth in the US market. Identified potential bottlenecks to their growth and helped mitigate them to achieve their aggressive volume growth without increasing dealer count and personnel headcount.
- Advised the technology leadership group of a $50 Billion CPG client to rationalize and optimize their $500 Million of annual discretionary spend on technology initiatives.
